still pregnant.

there's no point in trying to rehash what's happened in the 3+ months since my last post, but i will tell you THIS...we're having another girl!! it'll be lucas and his ladies and we couldn't be more thrilled.

here is one of the pics, in all of it's foggy glory.
i only post it to document the "jazz hand" she kept making during the ultrasound. combined with being pretty uncooperative, the tech said "looks like we've got a drama queen!"

it will be convenient for her to reference that comment when she accepts her first Tony award.

six more weeks, can't WAIT to meet this kid.
other things i cannot wait for:

• getting off the couch without having to first build momentum
• seeing my toes again
• sleeping ((at least as much as a newborn will allow!))
• walking sans waddle
• getting back to my normal size

as for sadie, she is doing quite well for herself. 
she's officially two years old, runs her own fully stocked kitchen, is obsessed with The Lion King, and is ready to take on the world. she is the size of an average three year old ((if predictions are correct, she'll top out at six foot two)) and loves to say prayer before bedtime. also, she dressed as a chicken for Halloween. a few pics from the past month or so:

though, with the quality of sleep i've been getting, it's probably mocking me...
